Guests will love the calming Hamptons-style interior of the tiny house, complete with chique simplicity and timber touches.
One of the highlights is certainly the two way serving window, which joins the equip kitchen to the deck, with stunning views of the river. Fire up the BBQ and cook your catch, or enjoy one of our superb hampers to graze on whilst watching the sunset.
The kitchen is complete with a microwave, stove, kettle, toaster, mini fridge and a lovely country-style sink, along with dishware and cutlery.
The bathroom boasts a comfortable sized shower with matte black tapware and a flushing toilet – all the creature comforts of home enclosed within a sliding barn door.
The elegant French doors and windows ensure that you are able to read a book in the natural light during the day, be sure to leave them open to enjoy a fresh breeze. Or you’ll be able to ensure the perfect temperature all year round by turning on the air-con.

Our Tiny River House is located on the banks of the Nepean Hawkesbury River in Yarramundi NSW, an hour from the heart of Sydney.
We have a queen size bed and a fold old single sofa bed. Extra guests can apply to camp on the property.
Yes our toilet is the same as you use in your home.
We have a bar fridge, microwave, kettle and stove top ready for you. We also have all the pots, pans, cutlery, cooking utensils, as well as plates and glasses.
All you need to bring is your food and drinks.
There’s 2 bar stools to sit on at the kitchen window, 2 deck chairs and a small table and foot stools for both, as well as a BBQ and gas heater.
